The University of Virginia Law School hosted a debate between Virginia Law Professor G. Edward White and Anthony Ciolli on the duty to moderate Internet forums. The debate is inevitably couched in the context of the AutoAdmit controversy, in which Ciolli personally experienced the ramifications vicarious liability of online forum administrators for anonymous defamatory postings made by others.
